Track Friday is the home for our runners who want to push themselves and steadily increase their speed.

£3 on the door for affiliated members and £4 for non-affiliated.

Whilst its not a session best described as enjoyable ‘Track Friday’ is a popular weekly group for those trying to improve within the club. We work to structured interval sessions often to support training for upcoming races where runners will over an hour long session work on their top end speed and speed endurance.

All abilities are welcome but it is a session designed to improve your basic body strength, skill and speed; you will be pushed. If you want to come along it's as simple as turn up at the track and say hello to our lovely coaches, however if you want to ask a few questions beforehand you may want to join the discussion on our busy Facebook group which will offer an outline on that weeks session.
