The routes below have been set up to help and support the clubs fantastic volunteer run leaders. The route can be viewed in Strava

however you will need a free account, you can sign up HERE if you don’t already have one.

There are two links to Strava, the “Strava Link” takes you directly to Strava and will show you all details of the route, if opened on a mobile device with the Strava app installed it will give you the option to “use route” this is a great feature that gives turn by turn instructions. The “Cue Sheet” link opens a list of directions that can printed to help you with the route.

A risk assessment has been carried out on each of the routes and all details can be found in the risk assessment document. The risk assessment contains details on season suitability, complexity, street lighting, pavement width, major junctions, pedestrian population and street hazards/furniture.
