hill training moves to kenworthy woods

Now that British Summer Time is here our Wednesday hill training session is moving back to its summer location of Kenworthy Woods at 6:30pm on Wednesdays.

We train on the hills in Kenworthy Woods - all levels are welcome.

To join us from the car park at Chorlton Water Park (bottom of Maitland Avenue, Chorlton, M21 7WH), walk left around the water park, past the children’s play ground then across the iron bridge. Turn right at the first gate and follow the path along the Mersey to the bottom of the hill. We meet at the first hill. You will spot us walking there from the car park or at the bottom of the hill.

This session is suitable for all levels. You can go at your own pace and it’s not about speed or distance.

Hill Training is suitable for all speeds and fitness levels though this is a members’ only session. If you would like to join us for a run please come to our Sunday Morning Run.
